Today my mother-in-law & wife’s brother came over to visit us in bkk plus due to my past daliy works and my kids studies, we haven’t quality time to fish together as a family. Today will be a good opportunity to get my 2 sons interested into fishing. 
Suppose to be a family leisure fishing but it ended to become my 'Personal Best Catch Record 'for me today.
I managed to landed a 100kg Giant Mekong Catfish on myself, my own tackle, rig, hook setup and own baiting.
I was like catching averg mekong (18-20kg) on every casting which then I passed it over to my wife’s brother & elder son (Michael) to fight them. Maybe due to the facts I 've added ‘extra items’ inside, the bite rates this morning were quite instantly and no stop. On my 4 casting, I saw my float mark been pulled down, thinking it will be another averg mekong, I just gave it a hard thud and striked hard. My reel drag main line just went peeling away. On my expereince of landing mekong, I knew that veryinstant that it is a big willy for sure. But how big the fish , that will be another story.
I told my family member that this is a big willy , I’ll fight it myself cuz others don’t have experience of fighting big mekong. Since none of my family can really help me to net it up, i decided to phone my assistant Boon Song to come over quickly to my chalet to help me.
