Just back from Kuantan and yesterday went survey some venue for the BIG Tourney and have identified a few vacant area that well exceed 250m eassssily. Only got 1 place need to reconfirmed with owner, it 320m long fully turf field.
Should everything goes to plan, we will have the tourney in June.
Category will be 125g and 150g on the 1st day and we going to have a Match Fishing Tourney on the 2nd day, these was proposed by the organizer.
Also got green light from few sponsors for the prizes beside the medals and plaques.
Will advise you all on the development from time to time.

Bro Onn, If possible try make it early june lah. Any way now i am trying my best to bend + compression of the rod. Now it seems to be i am the one bending myself not the rod. Why lahhhh!!

You distance caster but I’m a caster only.

You are actually a very good caster but lack of training thats all. If you put in enough effort you’d be top three anytime. Serious bang, jokes aside…with the right tools and training you can even be champion.

Die lah. Every holiday i will go down and find all the sifu-sifu caster from UK and ask them to coach me. Then after i came back sure die one. YOU WATCH OUT !!!. I might bring along my TTR just in case if meet DANNY. yup, your anak2 murid from Kuantan have been paksa rela to assist in organising this event, we will assist in organising the logistics, i.e. the casting field, accomodation, makan2 etc…we will also help is getting more sponsors aside from what I can afford on my own which is maybe a few local surf rods and mebbe 1 Century…will see.
As for the event itself, we have to leave it to the taikos from KL
hope we all can make this happen.
