I stay in Malaysia around 3 years. My friend ask me to buy 1 set G-loomis rod and Asoca rod for him because the fishing tackle is cheaper than my country. So i walk in to the shop KEPONG TACKLE. I bought
2 set around RM3000.I sent back to my country , after few days my friend give me a call regarding the 2 set of rod are FAKE. My friend sent email to Japan factory asked why the KEPONG TACKLE said the branded rod got a life warranty.The Japan factory reply my friend answer is No life warranty because Quality is under Control . I hope all the consumer think before you buy from the KEPONG TACKLE because we are not a STUPID.</font id=“Arial”>

Heard about that before…Is it true that Kepong Tackle carries fake G.Loomis blanks??? If it so, we should more careful not only for the rods but for the Reels too…??? Fake Stella??? damn…[:D][:D][:D]

RM3000 for 2 sets, Can you elaborate on what set you bought?
This is really news to me, I have bought most of my gear from them for quite a while now, and I do not doubt their integrity.

If you really state this claim, please provide us with details. Or else I think this is just a blanket and malicious anonymous allegation.
