Ever think about material similar to that of circuit boards, Marconite? This oso can be used for the bib.

There are some that uses Micarta but depending on application as Micarta cannot be found in clear form.

It is like what Wahoo said, a material for making circuit board, I believe u can find them in those DIY electronic shops where they sell electronic components. Usually they come in green or brown, best bet is you can only find translucent ones (either light yellow or green; ones like in the pic is very hard to come by) . Look for the one that is without a layer of copper on it.

Is the groove on both sides? If yes then it looks like a good base for making tail fins. CW

CW, there is no grooves la… the surface is actually smooth, only the layers look like grooves
