salutte to all anglers…

for those who doesnt know… i been to one of paypond near bangi lama… the pond is call Anglers Lounge… not bad la… fish over the also not bad.. got pacu,rohu,baung,patin,jelawat,keli kampung, petutu and etc… the fees for angling is similir to sukida… RM 10 for one whole day… i heard… the owner already put almost 4 tonne of fish… sofar… my result is [:D]… any one ever been there…? lets share…

So far my result fishing at the pond r at my satisfaction… i’ve tried bottom fishing, lure casting… and if ur lucky… u can see people fly fishing over there… even rohu strike our lure… can u believe it…?.. for the direction… i hav to get the brochure n scanned n upload for u k…

The fish at pond being fed by pellet… but most of the anglers using dedak n flour …u can put “hong”… or may be u can try lure casting also…

Hi guys, I went there yeaterday. It was a good place for fishing. I use pellets and chenkerik as bait. Got 5 pacus on chengkerik and they r like on steroid or something, maybe of the fresh water there. I got 3 rohus on pellets bait. And I got one nice fat baung also on chenkerik. All using bottom fishing. Its catch and release pond. They only charge you rm10 for one joran and one joran is enough bcoz of the frequent strike you got here. I only bring back the nice 1.7 kilo baung and they charge me another rm10 for that baung. Im going there again tomorrow evening.

abgpencen … did u ever try earth worm as bait? Can u tell me how they going to charge for fish that we want to bring back? Is there any contact number for the place? I can’t get any info from the brochure.

thanx abg pencen… for supporting… actually.. i spoke wit the person incharge over there… he told me that every fish taht we want to take home .. it has to b weighted… rm5 for the commersial fish like rohu, pacu, talapia…etc… but for the rare species such as petutu, baung.. etc.. they charge at a different rate… cant remember that one… heheheh… but wat abg pencen mention was correct… the fish is like on steriod… even pacu or rohu for 1 kg can make ur spool go empty… heheheh .. for those u like to lure casting… i recommend the one with shining body… but actually… if the fish wants ur lure …any lure will do… am i rite…? but i’ve lost couple of my lure in past at the pond… sum from rapala.. sum from bugeye black… plus bugeye gold… ceh!!![xx(][xx(]

jav, they are open 24 hours, but at the moment they dont have any lights at nite, they r working on it, maybe by next week we can fish at night. Tuffline, so far only been there once last 2 days and i only have chenkerik an pellets bait with me, but i thing cacing will work there too, you should try cacing and post here the result. This place is so natural that the water here is pumped from a river in one end and went out the other end, so the fish here is fresh and sedap. Steamed the fat baung i caught that day and sedap giler, no rasa lumpur. Well, tomorrow friday 25 may, im going there again with my friends after the prayers. Im going to try using spinners this time.

thanks Get_Hooked. I can see very clear. I’ve contacted the person (Jaafar) and find out all the info that i need. May be next week i’ll try to go there for my first time.
