Beautiful rainbow across the sky..
Even baby fry toman chased after my frog lure.
After we returned back to our floating house, we relaxed & washed ourselves by taking a bath at the edge of the floating house.
Duane demostrated to us how to do a proper flip over jump off the floating house…
Now we jumped together.
Back to kampong(childhood) days !!! haha !!!

DAY 4
Just put 1 rod bottom fishing overnight.
Guess what we got . A eel… haha !!!
On our DAY 4 fishing, we went over to a different spot to look for toman.
Missed 2 attempts for the mama toman when we spotted the fry toman.
The mama toman whacked on the lure but Gerhard just failed to strike it hard to set the hook into the strong toman mouth. What waste !!!

Nice area. But please discourage the usage of to much pressure using the lip grip on fish. One of the pic had those lip grib penetrated the lip of Toman.

DAY 5
We’ll be fishing for half day (6.00am to 11.00am) and then packup and started to tarvel back to bkk.
Although we only have half day of fishing time, Duane and Gerhard had many missed and losts in the morning.
That normal when come to wild fishing for toman.

By 9.30am , the weather suddenly changed.
Strong winds has caused us to turn back to our floating house sooner than expected.

When we arrived back, our lunch already prepared and ready to serve.
I got a big thanks you from both Gerhard and kuane.
Before we leave the place, both already decided to make this an annual fishing trip to Thailand. They’ll go back to posion more of their fellow African anglers to come Thailand for snakehead fishing.
We leave this wonderful place at 12.00pm with a heavy heart. It a long journey (5hrs drive) back to bkk. They still have 2 more DAYS of barramundi fishings and 1 last DAY of BSR fishing with me.
Reach BSR just in time for a nice clean dinner…

Gerhard and Duane have great fun luring their hearts out at the barramundi farm. Never before thta have landed so … so many barra in their life in the 2 DAYS of fishing over at Boon Ma.

DAY 7 was another exciting and actions day for both Gerhard & Duane.
Now they know what to expect of the strong & agressive barra fishes from Thailand.
Morning breakfast , we stopover at Mac Donald.

DAY 8
We end our 8 DAYS of fishing with some heavy fishing at this famous BSR for giant mekong catfish. Both Gerhard and Duane have never fish the mkoeng catfish before.
This is their very first time encounter with this giant catfish.
With a litttle help from our secret mekong recipes , we managed to land a massive 55KG giant mekong catfish. What a good way to end their 8 DAYS fishing adventure with me in Thailand with a willy giant mekong catfish.

This is afterall, the longest catch report I ever done for any fishing trip. It took me almost 4-5 days to finish it , done it in between my daily fishing trip after I’ve got back home.
Maybe because this trip come with 4 & half days wild toman fishing which make me eager to share with you guys all the exciting photos & vid clips.
