recently my uncle brought me to Kajang for a wonderful fish head+udang galah bee hoon. freakin awesome. never tasted anything like it.
the soup/broth appeared milky white, with a thick orangy, fragrant, oily layer that sends intense signals to the tastebuds. this layer is actually derived from the roe in the head of the udang galah.
dunno how to explain the directions there, but we went from USJ towards Kajang on the highway. it’s quite near the Kajang Exit. it’s a wooden cornershop (selling wan than mee as well), opposite some shophouses.
sorry for the vague directions. any of u know where i am trying to point to? [:D]

What kinda review is this?[:(!][:(!] No information except that the food is good. Give some landmarks lah! At least with the landmarks, we can kinda figure it out!

anyway, according to my Uncle, we used the SILK highway to kajang… exit kajang, head towards semenyih. there’s a Jalan Reko or sumthin like dat. keep RIGHT.
u can call the owner Mr Loh at 0123791111 directly for directions…
remember to order the fish head bee hoon + the udang galah. the wantan mee as appetizer also can jalan…
