Heard of this lures?? Wat r yur reviews in terms of;

  1. Price
  2. Effectiveness
  3. Choices of colors

Kindly advise

Ofmer came out with some imitations or OEM versions of their lures. Got a few of them. Pretty cheap and effective.

Disclaimer: Havent used any real bassday lures. Heard they were good though.

Honest opinion? A little pricey but works. The Jarkbait is a Toman killer, brought all 4 colors for a Toman trip and lost 3 within 20 minutes of fishing.
Not from bad casting or anything like that but the Tomans were CRAFTY and DIRTY. Them being in the 4-5 kg range does not help either when you’re using 15lb mono.[:(][:(]
Dared not use the last one and switched to other lures! Hei, who can blame me? At around RM50 a pop, I just lost RM150!

Have caught Tarpons and Archer fishes on Bassday as well but they seem t prefer the more subdued colors as compared to the brighter ones. The micro lures and mini spoons are cool to be used on Cichlids.

The Ofmer ones are not imitations but OEM’s. Works just as well but at an affordable price.[:D]

Colors? I generally like the black or darker ones but you have to experiment in all environments as to the best color to use.

Original Equipment Manufacturer - these types of people manufacture for anybody who wants to put their labels on their products.

Are they the same thing even with the different brands ? … sometimes YES, and sometimes NO … examine closely before dishing out your money - some could be quality control rejects at the factory, but nicely repackaged at an attractive price.

i’ve use one of this brand
very effective for barra n mj
but quite hard to find la the type that i like
coz i want it to become my backup lure
in case if one is missing i got one more
to use

Apart from pricing its good lure… straight out of package…

havent use many models but generally all works well for what they intended for… however i particularly like this bassday sugar minnow jerkbait… an absolute killer for pb n some over active haruans… sebbies too

Oh!! Almost forgot, talkin abt ofmer, i do have a topwater banana shape lures..To my surprise walking da dog wif tis lure is effortless..in terms of castin for distance, balance and action is better than i xpected..

Hi guys,

My humble apology, actually it is “Bass Pro” lures instead of “Bass Day”; however managed to used it during my recent trip..casting distance n balance was good, swimming effect cud be better, somehow i find it not that natural..
