BB = Lutjanus goldiei
Longtan = Epinephelus lanceolatus
BB sucks (in my book) as a table fish. Flesh a bit coarse, MJ better. The bigger specimens are worse. But even MJ cannot compare with kerapu (E. coioides) which we caught in droves. Really heaven and earth difference? It will only result in leftovers.
Better let it live to fight another day. [:D]

That’s the case, better release it to fight another day. If caught Long Tan(Potato Cod/Grouper??), then better ta pau hahaha, fresh fish taste anytime better hehe.
