I second to that. We should have a variety of topics so we can learn something across the spectrum of fishing not just on one guy’s personal adventure lest it becomes boring. I think there should be a limit to everything and a monopoly on posting is not healthy.
But…but…it was not his fault…
We dont post our FR often enough, that makes his FR filled this section. Ie. we dont contribute our FR enough, that’s why it became like this lah haha
Unless there is forum rule saying that businesses shall not use this section as quasi advertisement…
Hi Guys, if you guys find my CRs boring & eye soring, let me know. I will just reduce my CR posting in the near future here.
Just that I happen to fish alots and just sharing what kind of catches I had on each and different trip with you guys , that’s all. Don’t blame me if I happen to have more CRs than the rest. Just that some of the forumers want to see more of the overseas CRs even they don’t travel overseas.
Moreover, I don’t post photos as much as I did in the past. (save server space) I took time & efforts to complied them into vid clip and upload to youtube for easy viewings.
I don’t need the advertising as I’m already known to most anglers in MFN as well in other overseas fishing forums.
Fish more & talk less[;)]

everybody has the right to post reports in this FR thread. I can’t believe bkkguy is being blamed for the lack of fishing reports from everybody else.
if anybody feels that bkkguy is hogging this thread, pls post your own reports if u guys go for trips or just had a day of fishing close to your place. or encourage others to post reports here.
as snook hunter mentioned, it would indeed be good to have a variety of fishing reports. so, i guess we just have to encourage everybody we know on this forum to post their own reports on fishing at other places n with other techniques or methods. we shouldn’t accuse bkkguy for being the only person who puts in the effort to give us fishing reports (whether or not it has to do with his business - because bringing his business into this discussion would be totally fallacious since this thread is open for all forumers to make their own postings).
it is important to understand that the reasons for bkkguy’s so-called “monopoloy” of this thread can’t possibly lie in the fact that he’s preventing others from posting their own reports. It just appears to be a monopoly because of others’ lack of effort to do so. bbkguy’s postings do not prevent others from posting their own reports.
i totally second bkkguy, n am still quite shocked that any right-minded person would blame him for others not posting their own reports.
i’m sure we’d all also like to hear what our landlords or moderators have to say about this.

If my postings can encourage more local postings CRs here, it will be great. We’re here to share and enjoy each other CR.
Thanks for highlighted that I’m NOT monopoloy here nor I’m given any privilege also. I’m just like any public forumer here, just that I do fish more than others thus have more CRs to share, that’s all.
For thread starter, just go out for more fishing trips, put in more efforts & your own time to write more CR to share with us.

IMHKNSO, almost all of us are clever consumers. We will research, then spend our money. If the product is no good (BKK’s included), advertisement is also no use. Let’s be open minded. It is good to read advertisement mah. But not necessary everyone will buy. BKK actually gave us a lot of nice pictures and keep our dreams alive

This is a public forum. Also a Catch report forum. BKK guy has not contravened any forum guidelines or rules. Who are you to dictate what should or should not be posted. At least I know that the postings are authentic.
What would you rather be posted on a PUBLIC CATCH REPORT forum? Pictures of your last family gathering?
You should leave people alone… Unless you are envious or have some other vested interest? In which case you should at least come clean about it. Come on we can take it if you have a guiding operation too or something..
Nobody else posts on a regular basis, at least BKK guy keeps things interesting.
If you don’t like the reports, Don’t click on it. Very simple. Otherwise go to another forum where you can view family gathering pictures..
