Since there are a few days gap before I start fishing again. I decided to bring along my elder son to follow me for a toman fishing trip.
One of my thai kaki is a PGA golf member in Thailand. With his close contact and lobang, we be able to access into those restricted golfing ponds. 
I’ve already taught my son much on mekong fishing, it about time for him to upgrade to luring.
Well !!! For luring, he has to start somewhere, sometimes, so I decided to let him start to learn about luring now. After I’ve given him some extra tips on choosing of different lures, casting of lure, when to slow & fast retrieving lure, after that the rest is history.
He lost a big toman( estimate 7KG), fought for a while before lose it when the fish about to reach the water bank. After that miss, he managed to eventually landed his first toman, a 4KG toman on the buzz bait.
Today will be an unforgettable day for him and it sure get his interests in lure fishing. Next coming trip for him will be snakehead (haruan ) lure fishing.
