I went fly fishing with Ricky & his wife (SG couple) to IT Monsters lake.
The end results for this trip.
We landed 10 fishes on flies and lures together.
The best thing is that I missed my very ‘first arapaima on fly’ on my 3rd casts in the very morning at 6.20am. arrh… (not so big , size wise about 15-20kg)
That never mind !!! In the late morning , as I was luring & trying out with my Yamoto lure, I got hitted by another bigger arapaima. I got a good fight with the fella for about 4-5 mins before the hook gave way and I lost the fish. Damn !!! Should have changed the original hook to a 4 X hook before I use it.
Well!!! That the fun part about fishing !!!
Sometime you got them ,sometime you lost them.
