Firsty, CONGRATULATION to Innerzen for being promoted to become a Father In Law to someone’s daughter and also teaching ‘awareness’ to all his guest(incl me) about ‘sharkfin’ at his son wedding dinner…[:D]

A truly remarkable tis Innerzen fella, while other ‘parents’ would have spoke about ‘how happy they are on this wedding day’, he talk about how many shark was being ‘killed’ for it’s fin…[:D]
This is his speech on his son wedding day(as i can remember it)…[:D]
…50 Million shark was killed each year for its ‘fin’ in order for us to have ‘sharkfin’ soup. Some of us here loves fishing (pointing at our table) and it sadden us to see all those shark killed. I am one of those fisherman and i support the ‘Don’t Kill The Shark’ campaigns and that’s why you did not find any sharkfin in yr sharkfin soup just now. Although we have paid for ‘sharkfin soup’, we told the chef to replace it with other ingredients…[:D]
I, as most of you know, is from ‘Port Klang’. You kenot blame for being ‘surprised’ listening this type of ‘speech’ during a wedding dinner becoz Port klang is a ‘seafood’ haven. The best thing is, this ‘finless’ sharkfin taste as good as the ‘real’ sharkfin soup. I saw some shrimps and scallop in it but that’s about it. It tasted as good if not better than the real sharkfin soup that i normally have.
This got me thinking, ‘If finless sharkfin soup taste as good the real thing, WTF we need to put sharkfin for in sharkfin soup beside the point that sharkfin cost so dam expensive~???’
Thanks to these kind of ppl, now i ‘understand’ a lil bit better on this ‘sharkfin’ thingy. If i neva taste the finless sharkfin, i wouldn’t have known this facts…[:D]
Beside the lovely ‘Finless Sharkfin Soup’, the Strawberry Steam Prawn’ taste heavenly. The strawberry aroma sip into the prawn giving it a ‘freshness’ taste…[:D]
As usual, some of us incl Uncle Bob or uBob ‘whack’ every dish clean-2 and all those lovely food was washed down with couples glasses of redwine…[:D]
While everyone was enjoying their dinner, our beloved ‘Newly elected Father In Law’ was busy going round tables shouting “yaaaammmseeeeenggg”…[:D]
My dinner was ‘interupted’ when the ‘Father In Law’ summon me to go and snap some pic for him, i wonder why~???[:D]
