What can I say !!! This is not their first time they been to BSR except for Calvin. It sure fun fishing with those boys. Pumping and jigging their tackles like nobody business.
At 1 point I thought Gary & Kai PE2 Ripole Fisher rods going to break into half figthing the mekongs but man… I was damn wrong man. It a XXXXing good rod. Given it PE size, both of them managed to land as many mekongs I passed to them. Well done guys !!!
Calvin.. what can I say. First time at BSR and already got beginner luck. The very first mekong I passed to him, end upto be the big willy. He fought for almost 15- 20 min before the leader line snapped. We saw the head and fin tails, it really big fish.If not, we should have a 60-90kg mekong fish for our group photo taking today. haha !! It ok, we can have it next time.
Lat been BSR for countless of time, he really cool and steady when come to fight the mekong catfish. I got a really good closeup shot at your rod bro.
