Thanks for the welcome.and yes i will posts some pictures soon of fav flies and fav fishing shots.As for your long2 unused line you can first soak it in WARM water than dry it,slowly stetch the line with both hands the whole way thru.If you have some flyline dressing use it to clean your line with a piece of cloth.If you dont have this,give me your address and i will send you some.If still dont work then its time to visit TackleBox.

Great to know there are 8 of you guys over in Miri.Bonefish line Wf float costs rm240 after some discount.If you order SA flylines of at least 3 pcs i will cover the pos laju.Will also add in some flies if you need and a dvd.We are here to help,so keep in touch.

i have a sa line called aircel and headstart these can be used for light saltwaterfishing
They costs rm128.00 and rm150.00.Easy to cast and can turn over large flies,the type we use for saltwater species.

About the combo set, what is the brand name - reel, rod, line?? Do you have Shimano/Penn rod wt 4/5, reel tica wt 4/5 and a good quality floating line, and the price range. I prefer to do fly casting at small pond or river/stream when I’m on travelling outstation, so what is your recommendation regarding the fly gears that I should buy. At the moment I have a 9 ft wt 6 rod with reel wt 5/6 and a line wt 8 floating. Pls advice.

First of all your present set up of a 6wt rod with an 8th wt floating line is wrong.For a 6wt rod the maximum up line you can use is a wt 7 line.And if its a slow action rod ,better to use a wt6 line.The set i put up for combo is a scierra 5/6 with Sa line and an okuma reel it also comes in wt4/5.I have tested the set before retailing and it is a value buy.

from what info i have its was made in japan line.i try to surf varivas
site. but under constrution.but the price is diffrent.coz wt4 is cheap compare to w7.range from rm168 -rm198.oh i plan to buy SA -aircel wt5 from you .but by pesanan orang.coz my friend also a flykakis.will be at kl on 28/8.i ask him to visit you shop at subang

Thanks for the advice. For you info,I’ve changed my flyline to floating wt 6 (varivas flyline) and tested it yesterday afternoon at our local pond. It feel a little bit lighter when casting, maybe I’m used to wt 8 line. After a while then the cast just fine. Any way I have some query for you on the other forum regarding fly gears pricing.
