There are a lot of Jap made tackles in our country and I know that many of us just don’t understand what in the earth it’s talking about. So this is my contribution [:)], it may not be 100% correct but hopefully at least can have a better understanding of the explanation / description found on the packaging.

it’s something about the lip and the diving depth:

read thru it and have an rough idea about what it’s talking. the floating position was re-tuned (by putting extra weight) so it become near vertical so it’s cup is totalli out of the water. this will give a wider sound range from small popping sound to big chuggin sound. this also allows the lure to dive and easier to do twitching…
the rest is about how to control / use the lure. give me some time, i’ll translate the whole article (hopefully lah [:P])
Heh heh, thanks Yeap, I tought it also have some bigger secret lol. Poppers are super tuned to have also very thin lip around the cup etc etc… Hopefully u’ll find some small gem of info there.
