hi leadhunters,

its pretty simple - melt lead, pour into mold, let cure, paint and epoxy finish

the not so simple part is the mold [:D]

cheapest be to DIY your mold from Bondo (stuff used to tampal kereta).

Alternative would be to make mold from hard wood but the life span of mold will be shorter.
