Anyone been to this pay pond before?

the place seem nice!
been there once. it’s huge. water ok, but little bit noisy, next to road wher rempits like to wheelie.
usual promising spot is on the left from the entrance, cast to sangkar.
Is this near the old Hai-Pro fishing pond?

Went there with KK, EK, SP, wp1 and a few other friends from 12.30 - 3.30 pm.yesterday.
Saw Siakaps, Jenahak, and what looked like a Bawal from a distance ( could be wrong ) being landed.
About 40 fishos - and about >12 fish landed - so the bite rate was low for the 3 hours I was there.
Pond is very large, clean, well maintained, with ample car park space.
Service on a bicycle for your drinks, additional bait - very convenient.
Did not get a single bite on belanak or prawn - float / bottom - but it is normal - in pay ponds, you sometimes have to pay to learn. Will be back. [:p]

cannot agree more with mike, clean and well maintained.
nice environment also, i love the peaceful feeling.
i din get any fish also, lack of skill and luck maybe. =)

Bawal manyak wooooo..!!!
Was there with 2 friends yesterday 12 noon - 3 pm.
Arrived at 11.30, and because they only open at 12 on weekdays, ate at the canteen. Good nasi lemak, sotong and kerang, all chased down with a thick teh tarik.
The keeper told us that fish was delivered the previous night, and that apparently, some got accidentally released because there was a hole in the fish cage. Just what we all wanted to hear !
Very good day - siakaps, jenahaks, bawals, and my friend even got a kerapu ! At least 50 - 60 hooked up by the 20 - 30 fishos at the pond, while one guy near me picked up 8 siakaps !
Fantastic pond but the disadvantage is the distance, the tolls, and the time taken to get there. Looks like a good case for car sharing for those of us in KL.
Yes, this is a " take home what you catch pond " - but there are a few people who come to buy your fish if you do not want to take them back. Just ask around, some of the regulars will be able to point them out to you.
I brought mine home because they looked healthy.
No problem … will be there Thursday 12 - 3 pm with a few friends. I am the guy with the blue " Fins " cap … just give me a call if you are around [:)]

well this pond depends .. the most i get is 3 jenahak (1.5, 1.8, 2.2) and 2 siakap (2.5,3) last friday noon. Fishing time 1200 - 4pm. Fishing at the pipe opposite the entrance. all i can say is luck bro there are time i koyak also at the pond. one thing i like it here is ppl here very friendly since the bangla can help to deliver bait and drink that is a good service.
