The BBQ superb New Zealand Lamb…[:D]

Here’s our klang boss, Kimmy doing the first cut on the BBQ NZ Lamb…[:D]

The pretty fish scientist Miss Triwizardfan posing with the Lamb…i believe she will intro Chef Idris to all her Teo Chew bosses at P Ketam(she’s the scientist that jaga all the Pulau Ketam farm fish)…:slight_smile:

Chef Idris BBQ-ed the lamb den stir fry it with his secret black paper sauce…and garlic bread…:smiley:

…and here’s all the food…
1)BBQ Whole NZ Lamb + black pepper grilling + garlic bread
2)Hamburgers Bun + garlic butter for BBQ Lamb Sandwich
3)The Famous Bengali Fried Chicken from Subang Shooting Club
4)Spanish Mee Hoon
5)Lo Hon Chai (vege)
6)Northern India Curry Chicken
7)Mexican Salsa Sausages(for kids)
8)HJQ Feta Salad
9)Skudai Otak-Otak
10)Fine Swiss Chocolate

…and not forgetting the Skudai Otak-2 from Shereny, thanks nini for all the trouble bringing those superb Otak-2 from JB…:slight_smile:
