A very sad thing happened to me this morning. When I opened my rod tube, I realized that the end portion of my lovely ‘the only one’ fly rod broken!!! the last time I used this rod was during my short visit to Babagon.

ROSS gives life time warranty to their fly rods , don’t they?
Can claim a new rod?? [:D][:D][:D]

ROSS does give lifetime warranty, but you have to pay for the shipping by yourself. it caused around RM200

200?? hmmm.. bole tahan the price to pay.. but what to do.. I called Dr NO already and got some advices from him. Will send to Ross, but in the mean time, I feel like patah kaki coz this rod is the only one I have.

Cheapest.. POS LAJU…PATAH ATAU HILANG LAJU.
GDEX… PATAH MY JORAN INSIDE PVC TUBE, BUT COULD NOT CLAIM, SAID MY PACKING NOT GOOD.
The rest.. lousy service
DHL, EXPENSIVE, BUT RELIABLE, NEVER FAIL TO DELIVER MY RODS TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
