Just came back from a barramundi fishing trip with a sg couple earlier on. This is their very first fishing trip to Thailand.
They have such a nice fun today luring those monster barra. We’ll be going back again tomorrow for their 2nd day fishing in bkk. I believe this won’t be their last trip here for sure.
I can’t wait for our Trip liaw, hand itchy liaw!!![:D]

Looking at all the pictures, the winner is going to need more than a foot massage lah ! … but NOT THIS TIME. If I mess up, it will be my first and last visit to Bangkok under the excuse of fishing. [xx(]
The last time I nearly got caught was when I returned to the hotel accidentally smelling nicer than when I left early in the morning. The amount of fast talking required would have even convinced the most stubborn Yellowfin that I was supposed to be pursuing out in an open boat for the whole day. [;)]
Not to worry - we can always think about something more FAMILY acceptable on the way - and John is included of course !

KK - only bringing 2 reels ( Penn Sargus 6000 and 4000 - just bought from our friend in Pudu this morning ), plus line - that’s it. Intend to buy all terminals that we need in BKK - hopefully John can help.
Trying Air Asia Monday to see what is involved if we bring rods, etc. - apparently they can be sticky.
If so, then either talk nicely and borrow from John, or, buy in BKK and then post back ( or something like that ).
The last conversation I had with EK - he is going to do roughly the same - especially to go with me to look at some BKK knives.
Mike, lucky i bought a 15kgs baglimit ticket(Rm10.00 per way)…a 20kgs baglimit will cost you Rm55.00 per way, Fernandez Rule…[:D]

KK - Ya, the bag limit is the easy one ( unless EK wants to bring back a live 40 kg plabuk [:p] ), but the rods could be a problem. Will check tomorrow and revert to both of you.
… and as for the ambulance in KLIA, I don’t think I can last until even the BKK Airport if the program is what you say it is. [:D] Take pity on old man … can get pulled inside the pond also.[xx(]
