Just came back from my 2nd trip to pemenggil, was there last month n the catch was not reli fantasic :rant: so we total 8 anglers plan n head on again 1 more time 
before the monsoon start n we have to keep all our tackle till next year march. 
6th nov 7pm, 1 kaki fetch me to a pick up point where the transport is waiting to pick all of us up. About 8.30pm most of us had already arrived, we started to load all our barang barang n hopped into a passengers van transport which can sit about 12 person. We headed staight to the custom n chopped our passport, after tat we stop at 1 of the huge supermarket to buy some drinks, beers, food, chicken wings, hot dogs, crab meats etc…BTW the beer is 10 carton just for 7 kaki for 4D 3N fishing. Tat was like damn freaking horrible to me. After we had done all the stuffs tat we needed so we headed off again to next destination which is at tinggi for our supper. Hey…btw we have a birthday gal onboard wit us, so we cut her cake at tinggi once we reach tinggi for supper n we manage to make it just in time 12am!! Took a few shoots on her, lets see…
After makan n cakes cut n off we go to mersing, OTW in the van most of us had already started to cheers here n there n making so much noise with the mini comp for music to entertain us the whole journey.
We have jokes, chatting n exchanging fishing experience in the van, which took us abt 2 n half hours to reach mersing jetty.
Once we reach the jetty, we unloaded all of barang barang n less than 10 mins our boat man with his boat had arrived to pick us up.
All of us faster load our bags, tackle, drinks, beers n everything on the boat n off we go to Pemenggil.
It took us almost 4hrs to reach the island Pemenggil, when we reach Pemenggil it was like around 6am 7th Nov. We faster unload our stuff n checked into our chalet, had some breakfast which the chalet had prepared for us. Here is some pictures of the chalet room n the island.
After settled down everything, we still got sometimes before we head out to our 1st day of fishing so i took somemore pictures in the village there. Some of the shops tat sells stuff.
Spotted some fresh coconut, so i just ordered some to us they keep for us to served us when dinner time after a hot day fishing.
This is the main hall tat we took our breakfast, lunch n dinner here which all are provided by the chalet.
OK its time to go fishing… so sorry… i have never took any pic onboard cos lazy to take picture when dorado is bitting like mad. LOL…But did took the overall pictures with fishes n some pose by our anglers.
After 1st day fishing, we headed back to chalet about 6.30pm. We bathe n clean ourselves, a BBQ dinner is served to us which we had plan for the birthday gal. Everything is prepared by the villagers there, we only provide them the raw materials n they will do all the seasoning for us n even BBQ for us to eat. The best part is they even set up the fire for us, wat we do is just sit n waited to EAT. BWAHAHAHAHAHA…SI BEH SONG AR… Lets see wat we have here…BTW the sotong are catch when we do edging at the jetty some of them are as big as almost 500-800g :shocked: :shocked: :shocked:
Nights fall n manage to take some photo again on how they spend their time there at the village. They will sing karaoke or watch TV programe here to kill their time or gather around to chit chat.
Found out 1 thing is tat when ever u wanna make a phone call on the island, there is no network at all. You have to climb up to a hill to make your phone call, but not to worry there is a brigde n a path to guide to towards the hill. Very easy to access.
You even can surfnet up the hills…LOL…
