Places to fish in penang

Hi to all forumers im new in this hobby and just wondering any nice spot to fish in penang, if can join the sifus-sifus to go fishing along, better still. Thank you

Try Russian ship wreck for big Jenahak, Balik Pulau for whiting/Bulus/Puting Damar.Batu Kawan canals for Siakap, Kakap Merah(MJ) and Bulan. Good luck.

Where to fish in Batu Kawan? Can I just use normal rod in this place ? Since we are talking about surfcasting, how much is the cost to get 1 set for fishing ?

I saw most of the surfcasting gear during the fishing competition last weekend in front of queensbay mall. Looks interesting.
