TQ uncle Thomas!, good simple informative info!, my dad bought a blank calstar pe 1-8, but i think is abit too overkill…i m not so sure laa but i just feel so, he bought the blank to just suite many condition. I personally dont really like calstar blank although is a good blank. This is because they have abit too much of a backbone, that make the rod real stiff ( i ll try this blank in july at BSR)i love more parabolic action rod. Other than the sails, i m also planning to do abit of light jigging in rompin..( yes yes i hope sifu2 here could share their experience of jigging there too), may i know what is the depth of waters in rompin?..is reel size 4000 for daiwa/5000 for shimano enough? or it is too big?
I m planning to do shopping at 7 seas later july, i m hoping to get evergreen poseidon spin jerker pe 1-3 and pair it with daiwa exceler oceano 4500J, can anybody advice me on this setup? and do anyone have any advice on major craft rods? TQ in advance!
Hi Soul… No need to woli …uncle thomas is there la…just check with him if he is available during that time…rest assure all will be taken care for…p/s…have you heard of TS STROKER rods ?[;)][;)][;)]
ohh yess, of course i have heard of the famous ts stroker rods!! hahha..my dad is a rod builder too..but small time wan laa, wahh meaning that i need to plan a trip to rompin along with sifu Thomas!..that sounds really good…but dunno uncle thomas free or not laaa..hahhaa
And if i can go with him, surelly can learn alot and have hell of a great time! hmm…interesting.

Two days of fishing will be better, let me know the dates asap to book the boat before someone else block the dates that you want.
Best will be four of you to a boat, will book one of the best tekongs for you.
Check your mail for the package.

Thomas is right, you better book soon. I’ve already booked him for a three day trip in August.
Really looking forward to the fishing but also learning from him, as well as the food and company. I’ll be coming out of a Melbourne winter so it will be nice to be fishing in the warmth. Can’t wait to be back in Malaysia again!
TQ uncle Thomas, will soon let you know which package i ll choose, by the way how many pax per boat?. now gathering kaki then will decide the date. Damn really looking forward for some sail dancing action!. Other then sails hows the jigging scene in rompin? ok ka?

As mentioned before, it is 4 anglers to a boat, August to end October is the season for sails. We can also do jigging while drifting for the sails. Choose your dates fast.
