Hey peeps… was feeling real bored, so decided to go fishing at the pay pond at seri kembangan. Anyone visit that place? Anyone wanna come?

which part of seri kembangan, know the name of the pond? actually i’m also trying to find out about a pond in taman bukit serdang.
Hi… hmm. I do not know the exact place ( although I go there a lot) It’s quite near to South City Plaza. If you’re interested, I will be pleased to show you the way. Rates I did not ask for hourly, so not sure about that. Usually go for the 3 hour package, which is RM 20 for the 3 hours. Any fish you get, big or small, you can take (takeaway pond). As for 6 hours, I think is RM35. A lot of fish variety there… although only caught 2 types. Baung ( around a kilo each ) and a 2.5 kg patin. Saw ppl get tongsan which is really big. Weight I dunno. But i think he wasted about 1 hour there just trying to pull that bugger out. Anyway, yeah… since I have one month’s holiday, I do go there quite often. Feel free to join if you want.

hmmm… 2-3 ponds? I only saw one le… And pics of people catching Big Fish? well.. that i cannot confirm. Usually just go there, pay and start fishing.. (dun wanna waste time looking around, haha) Oh yeah… darrel… I’ll try draw out a map when i go tonight. OK? or if you wanna find out now, If you take the sungai besi highway and turning into sri kembangan, south city plaza will be at your right hand side, right? Go straight down, and you’ll see a petronas petrol station. Put your signal right, and turn right. go straight, you’ll see shops/shoplots on your left hand side. After the last of the shoplots, which if not mistaken, is a mamak store. Turn left and go straight till you reach a T Junction. turn right after a few metres, turn left. Should see a small rocky road going downwards, but not steep la… you’ll then see the pond. Hope this helps. Or anyone wanna go tonight, contact me la… I should be going if the weather’s good tonight.
By the way, I don;t think many ppl know about this place… Don;t see a lot of ppl fishing there. So, quite peaceful and quiet. By the way, varities of fishes are:
Rohu
Soon Hock
Patin
Haruan
Tongsan
Keli
Baung / pak soh kung
Tilapia
Grass carp (I think )
Belida ( Dunno can confirm or not. The worker there say one )
Tapah (I ask him got or not… he said small one. Dunno true or not or how small)

yeah yeah… hahaha. Yup. that’s the one, demon and darrel. Well, from my experience, hmm… I’d say night fishing. Somewhere around 7-late midnight. But for soon hock and tilapia should be around 5-7pm. I usually fish there starting 11 p.m… after 2 am, bites are slow… By the way, the rocky road condition only a few metres la… wanna walk through that road also can… i’ll check it out tonight see they got stock any new fishes… Seems to me they stock up quite often. But they do throw other fishes in… such as lampam, and i’ve seen a guy who caught a kalui there.

i went fishing there last friday nite, caught one tongsan sisik halus 3kg, self-hooked. my fren caught one rohu, 1kg.
some area very easy to get tangle..not sure it’s weed or log. my fren lost 3 sets of bomb rig, because he play strike..
i like to wait for the fish “feed and run”. from wat i see, the fisherman here all play strike.. wondering, the next time i go..should i change my fishing style [:D]
