Servicing Old OKUMA Titus TG30-2

Dear happy and joy to alls,
My friend have a problem wit his reel shown above and I help him to ovahaulin tat crap.
I have done all improvement point and but finall the last tricky part is the drag cover tat cant be open up may due to old and long time no servicing.
So after all work done properly and checkin on all parts also no more major problem except need to replace the drag washer.
Since i cant open that cover I decide send to the Sole Agent for OKUMA (DAM)thru Tackle Shop I guest every body know this shop.
I ask him to help find the drag washer and if they can replace it with a new 1 and also keep me in contact if any other part that falty.
I call them and they say the drag washer cover cant be remove and they will try again.
Till I go collect back the reel since they cant remove what i was intended to change, but end up they change a ball bearing for me and charge me labor $25 and bearing cost $22 in total $47.
Is this the right way of doing business if my reel drag washer which need to be replace but ended up whit something else which i found no problem.
if they charge me in a responsible way and my the part is change den i dun mind to pay some how the problem have to be solve.

Take precautions next time!

So I still need to send the reel to OKUMA Sole Agent to get it fix.

Dear Friend/Bro,
I agreed with you since I bring that reels come from Penang and that bleady time n distance cost mor then that.
But I think the card charges is a normal to most or the retailers and only large shoping mall or hyper market which dun charge.
but they quote you with a wrong price den it sorry for you.
Anyway my case still not solve yet cost the owner of that reel wont want to bare for that cost of charge by that Tackle Shop so I either.
That not right n fare to us as a consumer n customer.
How come they want to do this to us and v r not stupid but only got cut troth.
For an example if u send your car to work shop to service and ask them to change only oil, filter n plug but end up they change extra parts like clutch or gearbox oil for you to charge extra…?
