Not big but many haruan and bujuk are there…
The biggest around 1.7kg…[:)]

Hi Bro Cupin,
We seem to have similar kind of interest. Yes keep yourself tough with the commando style of bujuk and haruan fishing, it is allot more fun.

Simply not much light could penetrate the water , a good hiding place for snakeheads and a lot of food like decaying grasses leaves and organic matter for micro organism like shrimps , dragonfly larve etc which support the food chains of the snakeheads

Kopi Pond , During dry season the snakeheads inhabitant had to seek refuge from the fallen trunk/ water weed cos too clear.

Orange Pond ..A lot of cover for the snakeheads and other fishes from the predators namely the Bird of prey especailly the migrating egret and white heron .

Brudder , mostly Bujuk which hide under the submerged Log or tree roots, surprisingly haruan is in the minority here , the Palas are found coexist in the weedy area near the small stream flowing into this pond .we found out that after a slight downpour bringing a bit of muddy slime into the pond.The snakeheads camoulfaged by the slight unclear water will be more willing to come out to feed
