Yalor… Kesian me left handed reel user. I was raised right handed BC, but after started lure fishing then realized I can cOntrol lured better with right hand, so in the end converted to lefty reels. For cranks and baitfishing I use righties…for lures lefties.
Minority 
Last year I went nuts after stumbling upon these 2 itos. Paid for it coz the condition was superb. Most others in eBay at that time had scratched plates and dinged bodies.
Fishingboy bought his NIB from megabass USA for the same price I did as there weren’t many NIBs around.
Reel needs lotsa TLC. Regular cleaning keeps it in top condition. It’s a pleasure to use the reel. The clear sideplates always gets heads turning 
My other Ito has a carbon swept handle, real cork knobs(discontinued) with 2bbs each, carbontex washers and boca ceramic bearings. Wonderful little bugger.

keep the ito. Wait for a few months when daiwa makes available the RCS Alphas 105 shallow spool for separate sale, grab that you have probably close to ahpahs 105H finesse custom’s performance, save for the higher speed. One guy in TT confirmed that the 105 spool is direct fit to Ito Ai. I asked for his comment on alphas ito ai with 105 spool but unfortunately his ito ai is no longer with him.
