STORM LURES

I’ve seen catches with
STORM big bass square one…
STORM FLUTTERSTIK
WARTS and the MADFLASH SERIES…
The question is where can I get them especially in the southern region.

Maybe it is due to unpopularity I can still get these lure at a very reasonable price compared to its brother…[:D][:D][:D]

I wonder why when I buy Rapalas they not as reasonable as STORMs even thou they came from the same companies…

And one more thing storm lures are good…[:D][:D][:D][:D]

Hi Hazadin,

Thank you for the support of STORM lures. I love them as much as Rapala as they are really good lures too.

As for the prices, hard for me to comment as I am not sure if the retailers in the Southern Area (JB, Melaka??) has big markup. Most of the retailers I visited so far, i think STORM is reasonably priced [:D] They are usually lower in prices than Rapala for most of their range.

Hi Bro, you need some pics of those Storm lures? Storm has many range of lures, from hard body to soft rubbers. We got some nice catches using them. Maybe I will start another thread showing Storm lures catches. Guess I will do it when I am back from Miri. [:D]

I got many of these storm lures especially Wiggle Wart and Mag Wart. I love those lures although it never catch any fish yet until now [:D]

There are some people like this lure including me, it resembles like a Rattlin Fatrap, the only different is the shape and brand.

Wiggle Wart = 50mm
Mag Wart = 70mm

The appearance is the same, only the size is different

However i dint own one as i couldnt find them… i love the shallow version too

May i know where to find them now? Are in KL i’ve search, dun see anymore…

As far as I know, they have only the shallow version of warts selling in KL, never found any deep runner yet. maybe you can go to Ocean Sea Tackle at Sri Kembangan, maybe they still have some shallow wart

Ocean Sea Tackle shop is a little bit tricky, I mean the direction to go there. First time I tried to find it by myself failed! aiyoo! then I ask my friend to guide me there, and of course went with him, then after that I know the way to go there [:D]

Wow… tat’s really a collection u’ve got there lol. If only i have a few to try on. I always love to try new lures however i find it very expensive especially when i found that it’s action not suited for me…

Tat’s why always opt for Rapala and Co lol… Storms are good la no doubt, and wallet frenly too

now they are selling this warts with high price tag coz’ they know many people like this lures. there are many special colors of this warts. but really hard to find.

You familiar with Bukit Jalil, Seri Kembangan, Serdang area?
If you know how to get to the Seri Kembangan Pasar Borong, it’ll be a cinch to get to Ocean Sea. [:)]

Hi Oscar,

Don’t be too worry by the mouth design, the design is meant to be “chug” or pop, same meaning. Simple technique is to cast out, and pop as you do for any poppers, or pop,stop, pop,stop also can.

The other deadly method is do it slowly, very slowly such that it will not push water but just creat a wake in the surface. This is good when the fishes are very spooky.

I only very familiar with Bkt Jalil, cos i live in Seri Petaling mah last time. Other than that the other 2 almost never been before. Therefore dun even know where the pasar borong is hahaha
