Try to get there every weekend, drive from Penang.
Exit at Alor Setar Selatan.
Rm32 for three hours.
Can take home fish or sell back to pond.
Best of all - if don’t get any fish - extended hours NO CHARGE.
BUT not eligible for Jackpot or monthly ranking if fish caught after time’s up.
Got weekly competition on Thursday.

My record is 5 fishes - 6 hours fishing.
I got zero before but at the same time can see others pulling them out.
So, hard to say. Maybe my live prawns not handsome enough that day.
Last month saw one guy catch a 4.5kg bawal! Big as a tyre! @-@

They release fish at 5.30pm and 9.30pm.
Morning also once but not sure what time as I usually arrive in the afternoons only.
Open around 7 something am.
Close around 1 am.

I bought a second hand scale.
Most of the time my wife has a potted plant on it.
Just went last week. Almost a month not there since before Raya.
Price change 
Rm 33 first 3 hours plus Rm 2 jackpot = Rm 35.
Previously if don’t get any fish - continue until you get, irregardless of how many more extra hours, no charge.
Now, if don’t get any fish for the first 3 hours, can fish another extra 2 hours only, no charge.
Apparently there was an incident a few weeks back.
This guy paid 3 hours.
Fished extra extra hours, even passed his rod to his son.
They went home with 13 fishes.
