The one "go to" Rapala Lure

Hey guys, mind to share your one “go to” Rapala lure?

Mine is Shad Rap 5. My favorite for MJ and Sumpit. [:)]
Technique: Cast and slow cranking.

bro, not sure leh… very hard to choose 1 leh, so many purpose to think of

but if let me choose, i think i will stick to Fatrap Rattlin 4cm la. Good action, rattle, bounce of structure well, running depth not too deep not too shallow either, cast a mile!, easy to work(just cast and retrieve no hassle), swim straight no matter how fast or slow you crank it, strong components(won’t break easily under load), and the first lure i’ve ever own hehehehhe(sentimental value lol)

favourite for everything, except for its availability… wonder what the heck is Rapala VMC doing for not reviving this long time favourite, not only here but all around the world

Thanx TJS…i’m looking for that too…but like u said…it is not available anymore…huhu..Just think it this way..if you have to choose just one type of Rapala lure to go for your whole life..what would it be? :slight_smile:

ya. the smiley face rap is the one rapala lure that causes the owner to have a smiley face when he sees it.

i have tried and own bout 10 of those tiny cute lures… can cast like a bullet even tho small

play safe..

if you don’t want to lose lures don’t throw them in the water
throw somewhere else ler…(especially newbies tackle box)
they’ll crave your lures like ants to sugar looo…
