Managed to get it back this time with lure retriever.
Still we lost more than 3 lures to the rocks.

Housekeeping time, don’t leave the rubbish, bring it back
and dispose it properly.

5++pm…one for all photoshot before return back home safely.

Fishes: 3 kacangkuda, 1 MJ
Escapes: 2 barramundi, 2 barracuda

Yazet, who waded the water with landing net when siakap ran amok
on the 2nd attempt. Fish managed to escaped when it burst the
mainline during torpedo run.

Guys, there is another spot nearby your areas which have significance drop off on the bathymetric contour, Did some seafloor mapping exercise on that area several years back.

It’s located a the main island (you know which…hehhe). There are 2 islands, this is the northern most; also another popular area. Lots of Mj and some siakap as well but very rocky. It receive/facing the main current from North; should be a great place. Believed you guy have tried it.

bro yazet..masa saya pg dulu2 tu tahun 1998..masa praktikal kat kulim..ada kawan bawak..berempat..tp masa tu mancing bottom..mmg bnyak sekap merah naik..bnyak sekap putih besar2 x naik sbb putus..paling besar kami dpt sekap merah 4 kilo..saiz2 sekilo mmg bnyak..masa tu bawak umpan sardin 8kg x cukup..sbb tido smlm..mancing pkl5 sampai esok pg pkl10..tp pkl5 pg umpan dah habis..last2 guna umpan ikan gelama n isi ikan yu bodoh..klau x silap masa tu satu kepala RM5 jer hantaq pi balik..
