FYI our landlord stays in a 5th floor condominium unit and the only available space for him to plant his durian (note the singular term) is in a flower pot in the balcony. Just be patient, KK! I have known Vinnie long enuf to know that he does not renegade on his words![:D]

If it is the pot, it may take ages to get durian, further to that..he has not shifted the pot. It may just die on him and we’ll have to start waiting again. In that case, by the time durian arrive it most of us would not be around anymore…hey, maybe Vince kid would bring it to our kids then…
