Look at our latest catch, from freshwater pond…caught on wt. 3 with Dron’s cricket fly.
But I think this type of fishing is a bit too dangerous for you guys lah…coz whilst trying to land this fish, some injuries were inevitable…
For those of you who think you’re up to the challenge, can call Nick Ooi to arrange for trip to this pond.

We saw the ‘Malin’ swimming in the pond… Andrew wanted to try his luck… on his wt3… so I gave him my lucky cricket fly… and what I did was.. teasing the ‘Malin’ with the Lipas fly… when she got really frenzy.. then Andrew cast the Cricket right infront the ‘Malin’…
OH…!!! GOD… she took it… all we heard.. is the reel screaming… then we saw smoke coming out from the reel… I guess the drag must have burn…
After 3 good hours… from 7.30am… till 10.30am… Andrew was running around the pond… trying to keep the line in tac… My god… I can see Andrew face changing from red to white… from white to green… from green to purple…
Finally… the ‘Malin’ was hang up there for our photo session…
Bros from Pinang… if you wanna try the ‘Malin’… pls don’t forget to tie more cricket flies… she only take cricket … the hook must be 10x…but size 8 enough lah…and make sure you goes to gym for 3 months before commit for the face changing colour challenge…

KL kias…ever got fish this big in your life?? I don’t think you will even have the strength to land fish this big. Even if you spend 3 years in GYM.
Caught on WT.5 using Crazy Culky</font id=“red”> fly (the modified version of Crazy Charlie).
Even my girl also managed to land one using the same setup.
We don’t restrict our fishing activity…we go for more bigger one as well.
And better variety species…
Guess we still stand better compare to KL Kias. Long way to go for you all. [:p]
Conclusion…It seems Crazy Culky</font id=“red”> work best compare to Cricket Fly. Go tie more of this fly if you wish to beat us. [:D]
