There is a photo of a whale shark carried by a forklift in today’s Star page N39 under Thumbnails with Hotlink.

Wait, isn’t this a protected species?

Anyone from The Star here reading?

Yea, it’s sick!

Actually we’ve seen it all too often isn’t it, what about those we couldn’t see??? There might be much more of these happening but we don’t know, just mind-boggling to think of it!

I’m just a college student and only have 10 years of fishing experience, so must beri tunjuk ajar!

Sad story, how to protect this species, where they are so many illigal trawlers using their super net taking everything from top to bottom. They don’t even care about the illigal trawler’s accident that cause a angler life in Penang. Do you think they would do anything about the endenger shark?
