yeap… just cast n retrieve open area n it came off… i dont think i’ve used this at snaggy area before as all flat rap i owned, usually use them more at big lakes like dam and mining area

this thing happened to my OPSD too but still can use like a twitching rap but with a new name “Twiching Flat”

TJS, even anglers in us are complaining about the apparent lack of quality in their new products. Biasalah, when a company get big and run by bean counters..[}:)]

Agreed… thus always on the look out for old second hand rapalas for sale in cheap prices too… will take as much as i can and use. new ones to try each for prototype only, no good no buy

The new x-rap (so far only on tropical) the clear coat peels off easily even before i had any fish struck it..

I love fishing. You put that line in the water and you don’t know what’s on the other end. Your imagination is under there.

My FlatRap also same problem, bib patah, geez I think Hinomiya or Eupro might be better lures these days, hahahahahahahaha

years back,my only household lure is Rapala…even the term “Rapala” is widely use to refer for a lure…and some still…hahaha…funny doesnt it?the only thing tat different is the finishing…my old husky and late 90’s model doesnt have problem with finishing so on…when they started Xrap,tat is when the prob start…seem to me,for plastic model,it dont withstand scratches from fish bite…(or snag)…
