Herbal haruan soup for fast healing

Hi…been told that herbal haruan soup is great for fast healing especially after surgery. I checked at a local herb outlet n the sinseh there said that the best size haruan for the soup is cerut size i.e. around 200gms. Unfortunately the fish shop opposite only had cultivated haruans around 1kg+. I bought one and divided the herbs n fish into 3 portions for my missus. I wouldn’t recommend eating the meat after double-boiling …flat n hard

I’ve been told by old timers that just covering wounds with Haruan skin will heal fast. Have yet to try.
