Its been ages since i posted anything here. I have been following with envy all the fishing exploits done by the forum members.
Used to fish on a weekly basis but family life caught up with me. Kids are all grown a bit and are ready to follow their dad’s footstep.
For months I was looking for a suitable place but nothing even came close to my liking. All this changed last week when an old friend introduced me to a fish farm in Kuala Kubu Bahru. Decided to take a drive there and my first reaction was WOW…
The place was amazing. Is was surrounded by hills and the view is to die for. As it was already late I did not get a chance to fish. Met the owner. His name is Jesu and was a really friendly uncle. Speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
He has been operating this farm for more than 15 years and only recently he decided to open for public fishing. It’s a C&R pond. He says that there are Jelawat, Baung, sebarau, tilapia, haruan, lampam, grass carp, big head and keli.
Excelent place to bring the kids. Will try to make another trip this week to do some fishing. He is supposed to email me the rates and operating hours. Will post it once i get the email.

Brother,
This sunday I shall be going to KKB. Care to share the location of this pond? Or you give owners phone number and I enquire from him once I reach KKB. Thanks.
