Here’s what happened at Ocean Sea Tackle that fateful day:
Shop assistant: “What you want?”
Me: “Nothing in particular, just looking around.”
Shop assistant: “Nah, this one very good. See the pink colour? Very good!” (Shop assistant passes me a rod)
Me: “Wah! You want me to get Horny ah?!”
Shop assistant: “You hold first. Must touch it. Feel the flex…”
(I make my mistake of actually holding it, swinging it, whipping its tip)
Me: “Wah! Horny… Good la!”
(Bought 2 pcs)
I left the shop that day telling myself… “I got too horny.”
Er… I mean… “Two Horny”.
So… I’m selling one.
Brand new.
2pc, 6ft 6inches, 4-10lb rating.
Most amazing thing about this rod is that it is bright pink in colour.
Bought for a little over RM100.
Selling for only RM70.
Comes with original rod sleeve/bag thingy.

truth is, this rod’s action is really nice for casting lures. not too ‘whippy’, but still very soft at the tip.
got two. so want to sell one la.
initially wanted to convert them into casting rods, but other rods came along.
still, it’s an amazing rod. for RM100, it’s a steal. for the price i’m selling (RM70), it’s an italian job!
will keep the other one because have plans for it still…
