Sorry to disappoint your main misguided point but my restaurant never has and never will serve fish caught by trawlers. All fish served is sustainably line caught or organically farmed. You are wrong again. My menus have always been based on not only sustainable practices, but organic, biodynamic, and Carbon footprint offsetting. If it makes no sense to you (again) look it up before you come into another case of foot in mouth.

Ermm tengok mcm dekat D16/Bayan area. Laut sebelah Taman Negara Semilajau ada satu kapal karam yg sederhana besar, macam-macam jenis ikan ada, Termasuk Tenggiri. Dekat Semilajau ada spot menarik, tapi tak pernah pergi. Ikan tenggiri bagak kat situ, dulu la sekarang tak tahu lagi ada lagi or tak. Kira tak jauh dari pantai tapi jauh dari Pelabuhan Bintulu.
Kapal yang saya boleh rekomen
Kapal Jamal - Bot Ikan tunda tapi luas. Owner pun mesar giler.
Kapal ?? lupa nama tapi kecik sikit dan berbaloi jugak.
Dua-dua kapal nie nelayan yang penuh pengalaman.
Tapi Kapal Jamal memang layan, spot bleh rondeng nak mana satu.
Bleh cari info lebih lagi dalam FaceBook (Bintulu Anglers).
