Chasing Tengas to sate my Bosou craving ❤️

Been craving me some Sabahan Bosou for awhile now. The basic recipe seems easy enough so today gave it a good try.

Got some Tengas and a few Danios.
Lets see how well I do in a week (1 week fermentation at least)
