Heading upriver while trolling. Going to a casting spot. 11am and the sun is almost on top of us. Muted silence around as everyone one of us is hoping the next big one will strike their rod. Gosh, it’s either global warming is playing up on us or I m not used to the oven-baked condition.

When you go back to town tonite, go and grab a RM2.50 straw hat use by the farmers, put it on top of your existing cap. Tat will improve sun-resistance by two fold. Trust me.
