Mouth Watering Recipes

Hi all,
We all catch fish and we all eat it too.[:I] We keep sharing the catching techniques, wont be a bad idea to share the cooking recipes too.[:)] Since years i am cooking my catch myself. Even today when i have people to do it for me, i still prefer to do it myself. (My wife is most satisfied when it comes to cooking fish). Here is one of my favourite recipes; oven baked fish in fresh vegetable and hot spices. Normal style of cooking fish in Pakistan is fried fish (Ikan goreng you call it, if i correctly recall). But my favourite are baked and grilled or BBQ. Hope to see a few recipes from Malaysia as well. I know Malaysian food is not very different from Pakistani food. Hot and spicy. [;)]

Hot spices applied (dont be miser)

spring onions, tomatoes, lemon, green corriander and few other herbs added

Here it goes! 30 mins medium heat in gas oven. Yum Yum Yummy [:p][:p]

WoW, nice baked fish sualeh. Looks delicious, me oso sometimes cook my own catch. I would prefer it to be less spicey becoz i like to taste the freshness of the fish. Just steam with a lil ginger will do the trick…[:D]

Another way of eating fresh fish is to fried it and dip it with a special sauce call BUDU. It’s a very special sauce that oni can be found in Kelantan(nowadays supermarket have oredi). I love this ā€˜budu’ sauce very much so sometimes i do bring it along to some of my fishing trips. Once a bunch of us was so ā€˜into’ this sauce till we actually form a fishing team named after this sauce name, Team BuDu…hahaha…[:D]

Team Budus

The budu sauce

This Team budus can really wipe out a good meal, we loves food. This is how we ceebrated 2007 Hari Raya. We BBQ 2 whole lamb…hehee…[:D]

That’s me in ā€˜red’</font id=ā€œredā€>, showing off my bone biting skill…hahaha…[:D]
