Hi all,
We all catch fish and we all eat it too.[:I] We keep sharing the catching techniques, wont be a bad idea to share the cooking recipes too.[:)] Since years i am cooking my catch myself. Even today when i have people to do it for me, i still prefer to do it myself. (My wife is most satisfied when it comes to cooking fish). Here is one of my favourite recipes; oven baked fish in fresh vegetable and hot spices. Normal style of cooking fish in Pakistan is fried fish (Ikan goreng you call it, if i correctly recall). But my favourite are baked and grilled or BBQ. Hope to see a few recipes from Malaysia as well. I know Malaysian food is not very different from Pakistani food. Hot and spicy. [;)]
WoW, nice baked fish sualeh. Looks delicious, me oso sometimes cook my own catch. I would prefer it to be less spicey becoz i like to taste the freshness of the fish. Just steam with a lil ginger will do the trickā¦[:D]
Another way of eating fresh fish is to fried it and dip it with a special sauce call BUDU. Itās a very special sauce that oni can be found in Kelantan(nowadays supermarket have oredi). I love this ābuduā sauce very much so sometimes i do bring it along to some of my fishing trips. Once a bunch of us was so āintoā this sauce till we actually form a fishing team named after this sauce name, Team BuDuā¦hahahaā¦[:D]
