the new rapala UL rod - RaPaLa Snow

take from seminar RaPaLa yesterday..
testing 1 2 3..
does it have a pistol grip??
just curious…
cork handle …
testing 1 2 3..
i know it’s cork but to give you a picture
is better…
sorry for late reply guys!! The handle is cork but not pistol grip, it is straight handle.
It is definitely a better rod than Sportsman Classic as it is using 40 ton graphite with Fuji SIC material. For those guys who cast with it, they will know how easy to cast 30 meters without even pushing the rod [:D]
great…thanks…
it is a good rod if you catch a fish with it anyway, fred…
Still waiting…
-newbie here, help needed-
waaaa…
why sooo long have to wait laaaaa…
where are the rods???Still in the warehouse or what???
[:p] sorry guys for the delay. We are just a bit too careful about the rods and we want to make sure that our factory will produce good rods.
At this moment, it is under production for the casting range, spinning range will come later [xx(]
takpa, takpa … makes the waiting all the sweeter for something better [:p]
btw, wot’s that plastic looking thingy at the end of the line guide in the first pic? the one showing a LPBC on the rod …
seems to clamp and hold the line just in front of the line guide
need something like dat … don’t like the idea of using snaps … fear damaging the line guide
Any chance of 5’6" length size? ![]()

The action of the rod is a factor also. The SNOW is easier to learn as it is soft and you can feel the load when learning how to cast underhand.
IMHO, my favourite rod is actually the Granite as it is ultra fast and a flick of the rod tip will send the lure away. However, when you just started to learn, it maybe too fast for you to feel the load. I will recommend you to get the SNOW as I start to love finesse fishing now [:D]
