Have u ever try catching Soon Hock. RMC haunted lake have lot of Soon Hock for generation.
With that kind of boat…that able u to move around freely looking for soon hock favourite spots. it must not be so far away from the bank…soon hook dislike deep water, always resting confortably and hide themselves underneath anything example : rotten leave, tree trunk. wooden plank…at the pond bed.
Late evening, they move toward the bank looking for baby fishes. How to hook them, will let u know, if u minat. …1 - 2 kg pon ada - RM80.00 per kg. berjenama tau branded fisho.

problem is the hantu there…7.30pm something weird will start to happen…and i’m not joking…
Last week somewhere around 7.20 to 7.30 while paddling in Rory’s boat…suddenly the one that i’m handling got broken…something that just wouldn’t happen to a coleman brand paddle…
and actually lot more that i’ve encountered while fishing the menjelang maghrib…not scared of the hantu but just wandering if activities arround manghrib to night really enjoying under such situation…

Don’t like to discourage you there…I had experienced there with many weird happening. I assure you that no harm done. I fished out until it grewy dark and I stop. Better to have at least a friend. If u start to have repeats catches most likely after getting dark, must stop already.U know what I always did there…before start fishing I.minta izin Dato Panglima jgn kacau anak cucu nak tumpang mancing, minta izin dan jangan ganggu…bunyi nye agak pelik tapi mesti ingat disamping kita sbagai makluk Allah, ada juga makluk lain di bumi ini…jin dan hantu…
One more things, plse engage life jacket if u using boat. Plse take my advise. Ada boat tiba tiba terbalik…dan ini kisah benar berlaku…x payah cerita lah …nanti jumpa kita cerita.

A great catch during CNY…
I own a fibre sampan (local made) but was sent to Serdang Kedah one year ago since my brother wanna use it at the mining pond there. I have many more gears, nets n tools given to him since I move to B Utama.
If u really looking for optional , self made rakit from 2 inner tube of 3 tonner truck and 1 plank tied up both-end together with strings is best solution. Pratically it is useful and handy since you need to pump in air and release when not in use…
About the tied up method I can teach uuu…this is what i use when I was in Pahang,
before I decide to have a fiber 5 yrs ago.

Hi,
My trip back home during CNY partly for my fishing trip to my favourite mining lakes. Unfortunate,that area are now so popular n crowded with many anglers, my 2 days trip end up with no catches since a big family with 4 cars and 1 jeep (a big boat with engine that row around like mad) for 2 days. They camped by the pond side and damn it…with several set of fishing net. ayoo ayoo karawaleee…they have fun and I have none.
