Floating fly lines for dry flies and sinking fly lines for wet flies?
No weights/shot needed?
Suggested/recommended length of fly line to be used?Seems a very convenient solution/replacement for the water bubble.
Will it work for braided lines as well, as opposed to mono?

I never use it for any sinking system but I used just a piece of 30cm fly line instead a float and it worked like crazy in my very early days!
