Hey guys, After reading this topic, went back & check the Devcon packaging… [:o] I’ve been using the 10 min. all along..[:I] No wonder so difficult 2 apply. But again, got used 2 it, and basically learned to work fast on it. But are the quality differ between the 2???
10 mins one stinks big time…30mins one less smell. on the quality, i find the 5 mins one yellows faster, main prob is the working time and getting the whole layer to flat out evenly is harder.

30min gives u more time to work n hv longer time to ‘flow’ evenly
but hv not really try 10min as top coat [;)]

Correct me if i’m wrong, I think its the 5 min that stinks.. The 10 min 1 is odourless and it doesnt turn yellow like the 5 min.. Agree on the ‘harder to flat out evenly’ part…
Yes bro sisik, the 5 mins stinks and turns yellow. But haven’t tried 10 mins
If using 10 min try the hair dryer trick. After applying run hairdryer over epoxy, heat makes epoxy runny a bit and should even out the epoxy, but u have to work really fast.

Read in an advert yesterday. Ace Hardware selling their Duct tape marked down from RM 11.90 to RM 2.90.
Have not checked it out yet but if quality is good, can buy for foiling.Much better then kitchen aluminium foil!

Where exactly is this Ace Hardware? Wanna give the duct tape a try, since everybody says its better than the kitchen foil.. [;)]
Ace Hardware is available at Ikano Power centre and one more at Megamall. Then again, I have not checked it out personally, only saw the pic in the newspaper. Ensure that it is reflective before purchase.
