At the moment… the committee have decided to open for 40 participants… for all 3 ponds in Bedong. and the fees are fix at RM 120.00 per person.
The RM 120.00 fees include fishing for 1 (one) person for 1 (one) day, Lunch and dinner, Drinks and 2 bottle of mineral water and a limited edition T-shirt… of course.. you get the chance to win Price and Trophy… and not to forget… lucky draws…!!!</font id=“red”>
Those who wish to bring their family and boy/girl friend along pls also register in as non fishing participant, a nominal fee of RM 40.00 on food and drink will be charge per person.
Those who wish to purchase additional T-shirt, you may buy it at the registration counter at RM 30.00 each. Pls do not forget to fill in your T-shirt size when you register.

Those interested better register fast as places are so very limited.
On further thinking, however, if we want representation from all 4 zones, perhaps we should reserve at least 6 places per zone..ie. “first come first served” on zone basis first… then the balance of 16 places open to all on the same f.c.f.s. basis, making a total of 40 participants. If this is too difficult to organize, then another way will be to allocate a definite number of places per zone…eg.N = 12; C = 14; S = 8 and E = 6…and let the zone co-ordinators handle the “bookings.”[:D]
But whatever the system used and whatever the “prizes” given or the fees charged, it must be made known to all that the main objectives of this first gathering is to get as many fly fishos (participants or not) together for a day of fun and fellowship and to promote fly fishing in Malaysia.
Oh… and by the way, the photos posted above are from the Northern team.

Alex : Don’t worry about accomadation. SP has many hotels ranging from expensive to cheap. But if you are willing to rough it out, then there is limited accomadation in the Bedong Fishing Park but you’ll have to arrange with Master Dron as the rooms are very limited.
To those who are planning to join, and have worry about the accommodation…We will source the details on the accommodation and hotels around Bedong and Sungai Petani…
