Good effort Yeap, lure looks like a potential killer. Care to share why purple was the choose colors?? Heh heh, not a bout of living up to ur nick of PENNYeap I hope. On a hunch, the lip might need to be shorten a bit as illstrated below. Other options are possible too like using a round front, depends on what ur intented action for the lure is.

was going to tell that to yeap too. i made one like this long time back…and it summersaulted heheheheh… the line tie position is too far from the lip…so either shortening the lip or placing line tine on the lip would help

OK, thanks for the tips [:D]. the purple colour is because i just got myself a can of candy purple, nothing else… don’t think too much

OK, will take this down and make some modification on next project! the reason why i cut the lip slot so far away from the line tie is simple… the eyes are too big! hahahahaha… will go and get a puncher today and make smaller eyes [:P]

Tested my purple lure, luckily it din went rolling even at a high speed[:D]. perhaps i put enough weight to stabalise it?

Alamak where are those fishes? So far I have had worse luck with purple LOL. Maybe I need to look into this in a new light. Usually I associate this color as pondan color so I seldom use it Kak kak kak.
