I call it Lotus Pond in Kepayan. Very near to the Police HQ in Kepayan.
Is a very small pond but very healthy and the water is very shallow covered by Lotus. So have to be very quiet during hunting like walk slowly and whisper while communicating and smoking cannot tarik kuat kuat..[:D]
good hunting fung… i also caught my 1st snakehead using ‘janggut’ yesterday. but the fish just bump back to the water cos it doesn’t hook up well. no photo to show cos it’s back to the water… i fish around the arrigation water supply to the paddy field, the water is muddy cos just raining the day before. i thought it would be very interesting if the water is not muddy and at the dawn to fish there. but i am very dissappointed at the evening, after caught the 1st of my casting, my ‘janggut’ lost in the BP pond there. hook up with some tree or woods inside the pond… but surely will get another ‘janggut’ for snakehead hunting.

this weekend catch report, went up to sungai kawang and sungai kinarut, lure -1, fish 0. sigh~ the usual scene, eat egg weekend!

Also went to Sg Kawang for casting and trolling. Eat egg also and lost one SP with Owner Jighead…[:(] We learn how to get the 12 footer to the river from the car top in less than 10 minutes together with the 3.3 motor…[^]
Lets make Kuala Abai as our next target…

Actually I am planning to go tomorrow morning …this is a last minute for work purpose and have to rush back to KK for another appointment in the afternoon…but my rod and lure box is ever ready in my car…[:p]Hopefully can slot some time to do some casting. Spoken to Jifat this morning and will be meeting him for lunch in KB town. Please come and join us for some fishing stories sharing…
If my meeting goes well tomorrow in KB, I will be travelling to KB very frequently for the next 2 or 3 months…[8D]
